EasyWebinar is praised for its simplicity and how customizable it can be.

Today we take a closer look into how its pricing works and understand how it compares to other popular webinar platforms.

EasyWebinar is meant to be used as a platform to run sales webinar, live or automated, or simply online presentations to a big group of people.

EasyWebinar Pricing Overview

Let’s first take a look at the overview of the different pricing plans.

Note that EasyWebinar is the only one to offer a forever free plan that won’t expire.

It’s limited (only up to 10 attendees) but is a great way to start testing the platform.

Paid plans are priced as follows:

  • Standard Plan – $66/month billed yearly - 100 attendees
  • Pro Plan – $164/month billed yearly - 500 attendees

The Enterprise plan is custom quoted so we’ll ignore it for now.

Note that evergreen webinars are available from the Pro plan onwards.

Apart from the increase in attendee allowance, another reason to upgrade to Pro would be better support and customization.

EasyWebinar does work a little differently than other platforms.

Most of them increase the attendee allowance as you go up plan (and pricing).

EasyWebinar does that too but you can also purchase Addons to increase this on any plan.

Other addons include a full webinar setup service, customized domain name and white labeling.

How does EasyWebinar pricing compare?

We’ve selected 3 major competitors of EasyWebinar to compare pricing but also add some context for what exactly you get.

EasyWebinar Vs WebinarJam Pricing

Webinarjam has 4 different pricing tiers, one of them being a Starter plan that most creators will need to upgrade from.

You can however do a 14 days $1 trial on any plans:

WebinarJam Pricing

These plans are:

  • Starter Plan – $49/month >>> 100 Attendees
  • Basic Plan – $99/month >>> 500 Attendees
  • Professional Plan – $299/month >>> 2000 Attendees
  • Enterprise Plan – $499/month >>> 5000 Attendees

Automated webinars are available from the Basic plan onwards.

WebinarJam is definitely more affordable than EasyWebinar for a rather similar set of features.

This is compared on both features and pricing to attendee allowance.

Looking at these platforms in detail, we do see that EasyWebinar is much more user friendly and a lot more customizable however.

So depending on what you’re looking for one might be better than the other.

EasyWebinar Vs Demio Pricing

Demio has a lot to offer but its pricing structure is a bit more complex.

The main factor being the attendee limit.

Demio has a 14 days trial on any plan but also a Starter plan for $42/month.

Here is the simplified version of this pricing:

  • Starter Plan – $59/month (or save 30% paying yearly at $42/month)
  • Growth Plan – From $109/month (or $75/month paid yearly)
  • Premium Plan – From $184/month paid yearly (no monthly plan available)

The Growth and Premium plan has different attendee allowance options which increase the price as you go up.

That being said, EasyWebinar and Demio are relatively similarly priced, so that shouldn’t be a factor when choosing between these 2 platforms.

EasyWebinar Vs GoToWebinar Pricing

GoToWebinar is a heavy weight in the industry as well, and although it offers a lot of different products, its webinar and presentation software is very popular.

It tends to be used for bigger events and for established companies.

You can start a 7 days free trial anytime on the Pro plan:

They also have a starter plan called Lite that will give you a generous 250 attendee limit.

The other main plans are:

  • Lite Plan – $49/month billed yearly - 250 attendees
  • Standard Plan – $99/month billed yearly - 500 attendees
  • Pro Plan – $199/month billed yearly - 1,000 attendees
  • Enterprise Plan – $399/month billed yearly - 3,000 attendees

Off the bat, it seems like GoToWebinar is more affordable compared to EasyWebinar for how many attendees you can have.

But note again that GoToWebinars sessions are designed to be more presentational than for selling purposes.

And that’s what you’ll see when comparing these platforms side by side and their respective features.

EasyWebinar Pricing FAQs

Can EasyWebinar be used for internal meetings?

In theory yes, although the platform is not designed to replace something like Zoom.

It could replace an internal presentation where mostly 1 person is meant to talk.

Which plan do most people need?

Most people will go for the Pro plan.

First because the 100 attendee limit on the Standard plan is a little low for most. And second because evergreen webinars is what most creators want to run (only available from the Pro plan)

Is there anything else I’ll need to pay for?

No, unless you need any of the addons.

Here is a comprehensive list of these:

  • Webinar setup service: $250
  • +100 attendees: $78/month
  • Additional co-hosts: $70/month
  • Sub-accounts: 30% of any plan
  • Custom domain: $49/month
  • Hubspot/Pardot integration: $99/month
  • White labeling: $99/month

Do I need to enter my credit card details to start the free plan?

No, you can create your free plan without entering any payment details.

This is the best way to start testing the platform for yourself and see if it could be a good fit.
