Quenza is an online platform to build and automate programs that can be used for coaches, private practitioners and trainers.

It can also be used internally for big organizations to take care of staff training.

The company started in 2019 and took off like a rocket and now helps thousands of people.

It’s based in the Netherlands but accommodates anyone internationally, the platform itself is available in 19 languages.

In this review we’ll compare Quenza to its competitors on several different criteria and see how it does!

Quenza has chosen to specialize and cater to a specific kind of professionals and its set of features reflect it.

Not to say that these are must-features, but it’s good to note a few things that some competitors offer that Quenza doesn’t.

You won't have access to a built-in scheduler for example, which may be important to some coaches.

There is also no way of taking payment through Quenza: you’ll have to take it otherwise and then add clients to Quenza manually.

That being said, let’s breakdown the features that the platform does offer:

Client Management 

Managing clients, groups or cohorts is an important part of most of the people Quenza targets (private practices, trainers, coaches,etc.).

Adding a client in Quenza happens manually - as mentioned there is no payment processing in the platform.

You can bulk import people too!

Once that’s done, you’ll assign Activities or a Pathways to your client and they’ll get invited to their own portal.

Your client can access it either via desktop or their mobile browser.

Everything is white label, which means that you can make this your own and add your branding to the client facing part of Quenza.

Programs

This is where Quenza stands out and outshines all of its competitors!

The platform has put a lot of effort into how programs and self-paced courses are made to maximize student’s experience.

The way it works in Quenza is by creating Activities, which are essentially modules of your program:

You can of course easily create your own, but also access a large library of pre-made, science-based Activities.

Activities can then be bundled into a Pathway, which is where you would automate the dripping to your client.

Overall, this feature is very extensive and should cover anything coaches and private practitioners can dream of for building their program.

It also shows that Quenza is probably better catered for pre-set programs, rather than personalized coaching.

Other

These are the few main things that Quenza can do, but let’s quickly highlight a few other features that may be useful:

• Internal messaging: with your client being able to access their own portal, you can also send theme messages directly in the platform

• Reporting: Quenza offers an extensive range of reporting and analytics tools for each client. From progress reports, to client activity and helpful notifications. You’ll be able to easily keep on track of everything happening on the platform.

Quenza’s platform is fast and reliable.

The platform’s backend is easy enough to navigate and somewhat intuitive, with a good contrast of colors.

The process of signing up for clients is also a good user experience.

They’ll receive an email after being invited and create a login for themselves.

A range of colors and reminders is used to help you keep on track and browse the platform and its menu easily.

Quenza offers a $1 for 30 days trial to get familiar with the platform.

Beyond that you’ll have the choice of 3 plans:

All of the features are available regardless of your plan, except for the white labeling option which starts on the Standard plan ($89 per month).

That’s the ability to remove Quenza branding and add your own colors.

The main things that will make you want to upgrade are the number of clients allowance, and the file storage limit.

Overall this pricing is somewhat on par with other competitors!

Getting help from the Quenza team or other fellow users can make a big difference and give you a peace of mind.
